We have Office 365 ProPlus in our Windows 10 Fog Image. We are a school district and use the device based activation. After imaging, a Fog snapin runs a batch file that calls the opptransition.exe with the noinstall parameter so it does the activation only (since it needs to run after the computer is renamed, which Fog does). The strange thing is this snapin used to work fine. Recently it stopped working properly. We can see in the logs the process creates that the snapin is calling the process successfully, but the activation process is not working right for some reason. But if I manually run the same batch file it activates fine.
*Computer Management Snapin Launcher Stopped Working Command
Computer Management Snapin Launcher Has Stopped Working Windows 7. Through a suite of code management, documentation and review tools. Computer Management. Firstly the dvd rom stopped working about 6 months ago.Can live without it but now after getting a blue screen it wont boot or the screen is black.Connected it to a monitor and when it does choose to boot there is no display on the laptop screen until the login screen appears.Ran some tests on the HDD drive when its running but comes up ok.Is. This computer management console can be opened by right clicking on My computer in the Start menu. We can also open it from command prompt or from Run.The Run command for opening computer management is compmgmt.msc.
Any thoughts?
